Our head office is located on the green estate ‘De Wijchert’ in peaceful Berg en Dal. The castle that serves as our office is staffed by 25 professionals who are dedicated on a daily basis to research & development, customer service, logistics, finance and marketing. Enthusiastic, dedicated and intrinsically motivated, each and every member of our team strives to continue the mission of the original Xsensible brand established more than 110 years ago.

And in our case, the people are a close-knit team of talented professionals with a passion for designing, producing and selling excellent shoes. We are extremely proud of our team.
Nijmegen roots
NIMCO has been a household name in Nijmegen and the surrounding areas for generations. At the start our shoes were produced in our own factory in Nijmegen. Production was later relocated to Portugal. After many years, our old business premises in Nijmegen have now been restored to their former glory by the family. Even the original Nimco logo is now displayed on the roof once more. As a family business, we greatly value our origins and history, for the sake of future generations too.
International
Since the launch of Stretchwalker in 2014, the number of sales points in the Netherlands has skyrocketed from 30 to 400. Sales points are also continuing to increase in other countries, including Germany, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Great Britain, Israel, America and Canada. As our partnerships abroad increase in number, it feels as if our family is growing.
